Film your course where you work and teach
A useful course video lets students concentrate on the lesson. Clear sound, readable demonstrations and consistent framing matter more than a complicated set. Our on-site production service brings professional cameras, lighting and audio to your location so you can teach in a familiar environment.
We record courses for creators, coaches, consultants and businesses building training libraries. Filming and video production belong in the same plan: preparation determines what we capture, and the editing requirements influence how we record it.
Prepare a lesson-by-lesson shoot plan
Before filming, collect your outline, slides, examples and any demonstrations you want to show. Each lesson should have a clear purpose and a defined stopping point. A module about a process might include an introduction, a demonstration and a worked example rather than one long, uninterrupted recording.
We align on content structure and a shot list during pre-production. The plan should identify who appears on camera, which props or screens are needed, and which lessons require a different setup. Changes between locations and presenters take time; scheduling related lessons together keeps the shoot practical.
What happens during the three-day shoot?
The full-production package includes three full days of recording. We set up cameras, lighting and audio, direct the sessions and capture the agreed course material. You focus on teaching while we manage the production setup.
The number of finished lessons depends on their length and complexity. A short talking-head explanation takes a different amount of time from a multi-step demonstration. We do not promise an arbitrary video count. Content readiness, retakes and setup changes all affect the schedule.
Choose a recording environment that supports learning
A room can look good and still be difficult to record in. Listen for air conditioning, traffic and nearby conversations. Consider where equipment can stay safely between sessions and whether the background helps the lesson. If you plan to show a practical skill, make sure the action is visible and the demonstration space is available.
Share these constraints before the production dates. A short location review can identify issues that are easier to solve before travel than on the morning of filming. Production requirements and your location are reflected in the final scope.
Plan the edit before the camera rolls
Recording should give the editor clean material to work with. Clear lesson starts, complete retakes and a consistent slide deck make it easier to assemble the course. We discuss branded intros, graphics and supporting visuals as part of the production plan.
Our full package includes course video editing, color grading, audio cleanup and branded graphics. If you need caption files, translations, extensive animation or additional versions, raise those requirements during discovery so they can be scoped explicitly.
A filmed course, organized for delivery
Once the lessons are edited, they need to match the module structure and intended platform. We can connect production with Kajabi course setup or another supported course platform as part of the done-for-you course creation package.
The existing complete package is $6,000–$10,000, with the final quote based on scope, volume and travel. That is the full-production package range, not a published filming-only day rate. Review course creation cost factors and bring your outline to a discovery call.
