A course build starts with the learner journey
Uploading a collection of videos does not automatically create a useful course. Students need to understand where to begin, what each module covers and which materials belong with each lesson. Our Kajabi course creation work connects the content plan with the platform build so those decisions are made deliberately.
We support course structure, video uploads, branding and student access as part of our course production service. If you already have materials, bring them to discovery so we can review the starting point and define what the build needs.
Organize modules before uploading lessons
Begin with a course map. List the modules in the order students should work through them, then place the individual lessons and supporting resources beneath each module. Use lesson names that describe the task or concept rather than a numbered folder with no explanation.
For example, an introductory module might explain the result students are working toward, the materials they need and how to use the course. Later modules can introduce a skill, show a demonstration and provide a relevant reference guide. The exact structure should follow your subject and audience.
Course uploads, branding and student access
Our public offer includes organizing and uploading lessons, configuring the course presentation and arranging student access. Branded thumbnails and module artwork can connect the course visually with your business. Consistent naming and ordering make the content easier to navigate.
Before setup, identify the account owner, the people approving the course and the intended access arrangement. Use an appropriate invited account role where available rather than sharing a password. Keep billing and ownership decisions with your business.
Connect production with the platform build
If your course still needs to be filmed, we can coordinate professional course video production, lesson editing and the Kajabi build through the done-for-you production package. This helps keep the lesson list, file names and final uploads aligned.
If the footage already exists, review a representative sample before committing to the full build. Missing audio, outdated explanations and unreadable slides are content issues that a platform upload cannot resolve. Identify the lessons that need updating before arranging the finished course.
Review the course from a student’s perspective
A sensible pre-launch review checks lesson order, video playback, resource placement and access. Open the course on a smaller screen as well as a desktop. Confirm that text in slides and demonstrations remains readable and that students can find the next lesson.
Prepare a simple review list by module and lesson. Record corrections in one place so the approved version is clear. Your subject-matter reviewer should check teaching accuracy; your business should confirm pricing and access decisions before enrollment begins.
Define the boundaries of your Kajabi project
Course setup and a complete marketing system are different scopes of work. Discuss sales pages, email sequences, checkout configuration, integrations, migration and ongoing administration explicitly rather than assuming they are included. Confirm which work is required and have it reflected in the quote.
The advertised $6,000–$10,000 range applies to our complete filming, editing and platform setup package. It is not a standalone Kajabi setup price. See our pricing guide or bring your requirements to a discovery call for a scoped discussion.
