What does done-for-you course creation mean?
You provide the expertise and teach the material. We coordinate the production work that turns those ideas into recorded lessons and an organized course. That includes preparation, on-location recording, editing and platform setup. You stay involved in the decisions that require your knowledge: what students need to learn, whether the teaching is accurate and which materials belong in the course.
This service is designed for experts who want a finished course without managing cameras, editing software and platform uploads themselves. It can support a course for sale, a customer education program or an internal training library.
What the full-production package includes
The current package combines three full days of professional filming at your U.S. location with lesson editing and course setup. We bring professional cameras, lighting and audio, direct the recording sessions and capture the agreed course material. Post-production includes color grading, audio cleanup, branded intros, lower-thirds and graphics. Lesson thumbnails and module artwork give the course a consistent presentation.
We then upload and organize the course in Kajabi or your agreed platform, including the module structure, branding and student access. Learn more about on-site course video production and Kajabi course setup.
What you prepare before the shoot
Start with a clear audience and the result you want students to work toward. Gather your existing outline, presentations, worksheets, examples and reference materials. During pre-production, we review the lesson sequence and shot list so the recording days have a practical plan.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your subject matter and for permission to use any third-party materials. If your course covers technical or regulated topics, arrange the appropriate subject-matter review. Production support does not replace that expertise.
From recording to student-ready delivery
After filming, the work shifts to selecting takes, shaping lessons and applying consistent sound and visual treatment. The goal is clear teaching, not unnecessary effects. Graphics should clarify a process, label a key point or help the viewer follow a demonstration.
Course setup follows the agreed module map. Before handoff, review the videos, lesson order and supporting materials. Access requirements and any launch dependencies should be settled before inviting students. See our course creation process for the full sequence.
Pricing and project boundaries
The full-production package is $6,000–$10,000. The final quote depends on scope, content volume and travel. It covers the agreed production and setup work; your written scope should identify lesson volume, delivery requirements and review arrangements.
Discuss any additional needs, such as caption files, translations, extensive animation, sales pages, advertising or ongoing updates, during discovery. Do not assume every possible launch service is included. Our course creation pricing guide explains the factors to bring to that conversation.
Is this the right fit for your course?
A complete production project makes sense when you have valuable knowledge to teach, can prepare for a focused recording schedule and want one coordinated production plan. If the content is already recorded, the first step may instead be reviewing the footage and identifying the editing and organization work it needs.
Bring your current materials and questions to a discovery call. We can discuss the starting point, the intended learner experience and the production scope before you commit.
